Scope

Halyard Power Assets LLC (“Halyard”) buys and resells power-generation equipment. This policy covers halyardpower.com, our business phone lines and our business text messaging.

What we collect

• Inquiry form: the name, organization, email address and message you submit.
• Data room and electronic signing: your email address, the one-time code we send to it, the name you type as your signature, and the date, time and IP address of signing.
• Phone lines: the number you call from, and any voicemail you leave, which is recorded and transcribed so the right person can call you back.
• Text messages: your mobile number and the content of texts you exchange with us.
• Server logs kept by our hosting provider: IP address, browser type and pages requested.

How we use it

To answer inquiries, carry out know-your-customer and transaction diligence, execute and perform agreements, return calls and texts, and keep business records. We do not run advertising and we do not build marketing profiles.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host the site, deliver our email and carry our calls and texts, under their own confidentiality obligations; our attorneys, escrow agents and other professional advisers where a transaction requires it; and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, other than the carriers and service providers that deliver the messages. See the SMS Terms.

Retention

We keep transaction and signing records for as long as the related agreements and legal retention periods require, and other correspondence for as long as it is useful to the business relationship.
